TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE REFLESSA

§1. General Provisions

  1. The owner of the online store Reflessa is Patryk Jasioski TOPGLASS., located at:

  2. By placing an order in the Reflessa online store, the Buyer accepts the following Terms and Conditions.
  3. The final price is displayed in EUR and includes VAT.
  4. Orders can be placed through the Reflessa website or via email at sales@reflessa.com.
    We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
  5. Upon receiving an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided during the purchase.
  6. The agreement is concluded after the Buyer places an order and the Seller accepts it. Order processing is equivalent to its acceptance.
  7. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order if:
    • Contact with the Buyer is not possible.
    • The data provided in the order is incorrect.
  8. If material shortages occur, causing delays, the Buyer will be immediately notified.
  9. The Seller issues sales documents: VAT invoices or receipts.
  10. Sales documents are issued upon the completion of the production process.

§2. Payment Methods

  1. Payments can be made via:
    • Bank Transfer (prepayment).
    • Cash on Delivery (only if applicable).
    • Paypal
    • Credit Card
    • Apple pay / Google pay
  2. Orders will only be shipped after the payment has been received in full.

§3. Order Processing Time

  1. The standard order processing time is 14 business days.
  2. For specific products, such as mirrors, furniture, LED sandblasted mirrors, beveled mirrors, or customized vintage mirrors, the processing time is specified individually for each product.
  3. Shipping adds an additional 2-5 business days to the delivery time.
  4. The maximum processing time from the date of payment to shipment is 14 business days.
  5. The Buyer will be informed of the expected delivery date via email.

§4. Delivery of Goods

  1. Deliveries are carried out through reliable logistics networks across Europe.
  2. We offer two shipping options:
    • 50 EUR for standard-sized mirrors.
    • 100 EUR for larger-sized mirrors.
  3. The shipping cost depends on the dimensions of the mirror.
  4. Delivery time can take up to 7 days from the date of shipment.
  5. The Buyer has the right to inspect the shipment upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
  6. The Seller is obligated to deliver the product free from defects.

§5. Conditions for Product Returns

  1. In accordance with applicable laws, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products made to the Buyer’s specifications.
  3. To withdraw from the agreement, the Buyer must send a completed Withdrawal Form to sales@reflessa.com and return the product to:

  1. Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, with all labels intact and showing no signs of use.
  2. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns using Reflessa’s transport, a fee of 150 EUR per mirror will apply.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

§6. Complaints

  1. Buyers have the right to submit complaints for defective or damaged goods.
  2. Complaints must be submitted in writing by email to sales@reflessa.com and must include:
    • Buyer’s name, email, or contact address.
    • Product details, reason for complaint, and proof of purchase.
    • Photos illustrating the defect (if applicable).
  3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
  4. If the complaint is justified, the defective product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

§7. Warranty

  1. Reflessa provides a warranty of:
    • 1 year for businesses.
    • 2 years for individual customers.
  2. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or usage.
  3. Buyers must inspect products for visible defects prior to installation. Defects reported after installation will not be covered.
  4. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to sales@reflessa.com.

§8. Mirror Care Instructions

  • Avoid products containing vinegar, ammonia, lemon acid, or other aggressive chemicals.
  • Clean mirrors with warm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Use neutral pH glass cleaners (around pH 7).
  • Clean LED mirrors with a dry cloth only.
  • Clean mirror frames without using detergents.

§9. Final Provisions

  1. The content of the online store does not constitute a binding offer in accordance with the Civil Code.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will take effect 14 days after publication on the website.
