At Reflessa, we believe the journey of each mirror is just as important as its design. Due to the substantial size and delicate nature of our pieces, we partner exclusively with private, trusted courier services specializing in the transportation of fragile items. We do not use standard carriers like FedEx or UPS for mirror delivery, as we’ve found they do not consistently meet our exacting standards for care and handling. Each shipment is carefully packaged, insured, and entrusted only to hands capable of delivering it with the precision and respect it deserves.
Ordering your Reflessa mirror is an intentional experience — just like the mirror you’ll receive. Begin by selecting your preferred model, size, and frame finish, then proceed to checkout. Every mirror is crafted to order, meaning it is created specifically for you. Please take a moment to ensure all details are accurate before confirming, as your mirror will be handmade to match your exact specifications. Should you have any doubts or need assistance during the process, our client care team is delighted to guide you personally.
Exclusivity requires patience. As each mirror is meticulously handcrafted, we kindly ask that you allow 15 to 20 business days for production. Once your mirror is ready, it is securely prepared for transport and dispatched via our dedicated delivery partner. You will receive a detailed tracking link upon shipment, so you can anticipate its arrival with confidence.
Each Reflessa mirror is conceived, crafted, and carefully packed in our atelier in Wrocław, Poland. From here, our mirrors travel across Europe and selected international destinations, always under the watchful eye of our logistics team. We believe in transparency and traceability, ensuring that every client receives their piece with full confidence in its origin and journey.
Should you need to amend your billing details, we kindly ask that you contact us at office@reflessa.com within 24 hours of placing your order. As each mirror enters our production schedule shortly after confirmation, changes beyond this timeframe may not be possible.
