Mirrors made to your measurements
Every Reflessa mirror is cut and assembled after you order it — nothing is taken off a shelf. You can either choose one of the standard formats listed below, which run up to 210 cm, or send us the exact dimensions of your wall and we will quote a mirror built to them.
Production takes 15–20 business days in our own workshop in Wrocław, Poland (EU), and every mirror is made with 4 mm Optiwhite glass — low-iron glass with no green tint. For a size outside the standard formats, write to sales@reflessa.com with the model name, the width and the height you need.
What “made to measure” means here
We are the manufacturer, not a reseller. Glass is cut, edges are polished and frames are carved or extruded once the order is confirmed, which is why the lead time is measured in weeks rather than hours. Two consequences matter when you are choosing:
- The format list is not a stock list. Every size in the tables below is produced on demand, so a 200 × 140 cm arch takes exactly as long as a 60 cm circle.
- A dimension we quote individually is a custom order. Under EU law and our own returns policy, mirrors made to individual specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Standard formats ordered from the shop are not.

How to order a size we do not list
- Measure the wall — width and height of the free surface, plus anything that limits it: a light switch, a radiator, the swing of a door.
- Choose the model and finish from the collections above. The frame profile matters in tight spaces: carved wood is 4–8.5 cm wide, slim aluminium is 10 mm at the front and 28 mm deep, frameless is flush with the wall.
- Email sales@reflessa.com with the model name and the exact width × height in centimetres. We reply with a price and a production date. Orders are accepted through the shop or by email — not by phone.
- Production and delivery — 15–20 business days in the workshop, then shipping to every country in Europe.
A mirror built to dimensions we quote individually is a custom order: it cannot be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right. If you would rather keep that right, choose one of the standard formats above.
Delivery, returns and warranty
- Production: 15–20 business days for every mirror, standard format or custom.
- Shipping: we deliver to all countries within Europe. The cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the mirror and is calculated in the cart once you choose a delivery method. Delivery takes up to 7 days from dispatch.
- On arrival: open the crate while the courier is still there. Transport damage is only accepted with a damage report signed by you and the driver. The warranty seal on the hanger must stay intact until you have inspected the glass.
- Returns: 14 days from delivery for standard formats, unaltered and unused; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Mirrors made to individual specifications are excluded. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the mirror.
- Warranty: 2 years for private customers, 1 year for businesses.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order a mirror in any dimension?
Send the model name and the exact width × height to sales@reflessa.com and we will confirm whether it can be produced and at what price. The standard formats — up to 100 × 180 cm for carved wood, 200 cm for round aluminium, 200 × 140 cm for arches and 210 × 100 cm for frameless shapes — can be ordered directly in the shop.
How long does a made-to-measure mirror take?
Production is 15–20 business days, the same for a standard format and a custom size. Delivery adds up to 7 days from dispatch.
What glass do you use?
4 mm Optiwhite — low-iron glass with no green tint, so colours in the reflection stay true. It is the same glass in the framed and the frameless ranges.
Can I return a mirror made to my own dimensions?
No. Products made to individual specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Standard formats bought from the shop can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging, with return shipping paid by the buyer.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the weight and dimensions of the mirror. The exact amount appears in the cart once you add the mirror and select a delivery method. We ship to all European countries.
Who makes the mirrors?
Reflessa manufactures in-house, in its own workshop in Wrocław, Poland (EU). Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is held in stock.
