Played softly. In music, piano is the instruction to play quietly — and this mirror takes it literally. Piano is a wide, softly flattened oval with a barely perceptible tilt, rounded on every side, without a single corner to catch the eye. It looks like a stone that water has spent years smoothing.
Its width makes it a natural partner for long pieces of furniture: above a sofa it reads as a calm horizon at eye level, above a bathroom vanity it gives the face generous room without the hardness of a rectangle. Next to plants, linen and pale wood it is completely at home. Piano is not a statement; it is a pause in the room.
We cut it to order in our workshop in Poland from 4 mm Optiwhite glass, clear and free of any green tint, and polish its continuous edge by hand until the outline runs without a single break. Everything for mounting is in the box. Three sizes: 58 × 47, 76 × 62 and 100 × 81 cm.
