A black mirror works where a gold one would shout: it reads as a graphic outline on the wall rather than an ornament, and it holds its own against white plaster, dark green paint or exposed brick alike. Reflessa makes black wall mirrors in three families — ornate baroque frames in deep onyx black, a round black aluminium mirror and an arched matte black mirror — in sizes from 50 × 100 cm up to 200 × 140 cm, from €368.
Every mirror is built to order in our European workshop after you choose the size, so nothing is sold from stock.

Which black finish suits your room?
- Deep onyx black with silver (Onyx Scroll) — the most graphic option. The cool silver highlights suit grey, navy and cool white interiors.
- Black with gold (Imperial Noir, Nocturne Royale) — warmer and more classical. Works with walnut, brass fittings and cream walls.
- Matte black aluminium (Noir, Satin Horizon) — no ornament at all, just a slim outline. The safest choice for minimalist, Scandinavian and industrial rooms.
If the room already has a lot of dark surfaces, a brushed gold or rose gold aluminium frame gives the same silhouette with more contrast.
What size should you choose?
- 60 – 80 cm round — above a basin, a narrow console or in a small hallway.
- 100 – 120 cm round, or 50 × 100 – 60 × 140 cm rectangular — above a sideboard, chest of drawers or sofa.
- 140 – 200 cm round, 90 × 180 cm baroque or an arched 180 – 200 cm mirror — a stand-alone focal point on a large empty wall or in a stairwell.
A practical rule: the mirror should take up roughly two thirds of the width of the furniture beneath it, and its centre belongs at eye level — about 150 – 160 cm above the floor.
How made-to-order works
You pick the size and finish on the product page, and the mirror is built for that order.
- Frames — the round and arched models use a seamless aluminium profile with no visible weld; the baroque models are hand-finished, and the Nocturne Royale frame is carved from an eco frame material.
- Glass — 4 mm premium Optiwhite glass, which avoids the slight green cast of ordinary float glass and keeps colours true.
- Production time — 15 to 20 business days, as stated in our shipping policy.
- Mounting — the aluminium frames are light enough to hang on any sound wall, even at 200 cm.
Delivery and returns
We deliver to every country in Europe, insured and in custom protective packaging. Shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the mirror and is calculated in your cart once you choose a delivery method — see our shipping policy for details.
Unpack the mirror while the courier is still present. If there is transport damage, a Damage Report signed by you and the courier is required for the claim to be accepted. Standard purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return costs borne by the buyer; note that products made to individual specifications are not eligible for return, so please read our refund policy before ordering.
