Nocturne Royale is the dark one. The frame is carved deep, finished in black, and the gold is applied only to the high points of the scrollwork, so the ornament reads as light moving across a night surface. Above a carved console with a brass lamp beside it, the effect is theatrical in the best sense.
The glass is 4 mm Optiwhite, the clearest we use, which keeps the reflection bright even inside a black frame. The frame itself is carved from eco-conscious materials and finished by hand, and every mirror is made to order in our workshop in Wrocław, Poland.
Fifteen sizes, from 50 × 100 cm to 100 × 180 cm. Bold living rooms, dramatic hallways and restaurants take the tall formats; in a bedroom the 60 × 120 cm size above a chest of drawers is enough to change the room.
