Imperial Bloom is what happens when the baroque frame is finished in silver instead of gold. The hand-carved floral and scrollwork motifs are as intricate as on any of our gilded pieces, but the cool eco-silver finish changes the mood entirely: lighter, fresher, closer to a modern or Scandinavian room than to a palace. Against a navy velvet sofa or a blue panelled wall it is quietly spectacular.
The glass is 4 mm Optiwhite, clear and colour-true, and with a silver frame that matters twice over, because any green cast would show against the metal. The frame is carved individually from sustainably sourced wood and hand-finished in our workshop in Wrocław, Poland, so the botanical detail is slightly different on every piece.
Fifteen sizes, from 50 × 100 cm to 100 × 180 cm. It works as a full-length mirror in a bedroom, as a centrepiece in a living room, or on its side above a long console.
