How your rose gold mirror is made
Each Reflessa rose-gold mirror is handcrafted to order in our Poland workshop, not pulled from a mass-produced stockroom. The frame is a seamless, joint-free aluminium profile (28 mm depth, 10 mm front width) finished in a brushed rose-gold tone, paired with premium Optiwhite glass for a crystal-clear, distortion-free reflection with no green tint.
Production takes 15–20 business days per our delivery policy, after which your mirror ships insured, in custom protective packaging, to any country in Europe. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your chosen mirror.
Shipping & returns
We deliver rose gold mirrors across Europe in insured, custom protective packaging. Please inspect your mirror together with the courier on arrival and note any damage on the delivery slip — this is required to file a transport claim.
Because every mirror is made to order for your chosen size, made-to-order pieces are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, in line with our refund policy. All mirrors are covered by a manufacturing warranty (1 year for businesses, 2 years for individual customers) against production defects.

Because each mirror is manufactured to order for your selected size, made-to-order pieces are excluded from the standard 14-day return right. Every mirror is still covered by our manufacturing warranty against production defects, and any transport damage must be reported at delivery.
